78% of Gen-Z wants to shop ethically, while not sacrificing fashion or price. The current process for shopping ethically can be expensive, confusing, and ugly. This led us to introduce the PETA Pass. In the form of an app and a web extension, the PETA Pass tell you what is and isn't ethically made within your favorite brands.
The web extension notification will pop up with either a "PETA PASS" or a "PETA FAIL" according to the material and procedures used to make the item you are shopping for. Any failures will have an image or a clip of how animals are harmed to produce that piece allowing users to have a visceral understanding of what is required to make it. If you decided to purchase clothing that has a PETA PASS, points will accrue in your account to use on other PETA approved purchases.
For in-store shopping, the PETA Pass App can be downloaded to scan clothing tags - showing a pass or a fail.
